How to cook: Sushi

Today I want to show you one recipe that although at first seems so complicated but it's really simple: sushi.

These ingredients will be used (but can fill it with what you want) plus Nori algae.
The rice must be prepared in a special way: when we boil it the rice will drink all the water that we use to boil it and we should not wring; then prepare a dressing that is based on two tablespoons of rice vinegar, two tablespoons of sugar and a quarter teaspoon of salt.

Once we have all the ingredients, you have to place a sushi mat and over a piece of plastic wrap. You have to spread over the rice, leaving a piece of seaweed uncovered and the part that shows on the picture with wasabi, the fish you want and mayonnaise. Then, carefully, and with the help of the mat, the algae will go rolling along with the other ingredients until a roll.

This is the sushi roll that has to go.

After assembling our sushi roll to start cutting it carefully with a sharp knife and saw not. For us easier to cut, get wet knife in vinegar every time we cut.

And this was the result! You see, some were more beautiful, others ugly, but all were delicious! In addition to maki, which I explained earlier, we also Niguiris, which is much easier to do: just make an oval with the rice and put the fish on top.

¡BUEN MARTES Y BUEN PROVECHO!
